Dreux Isaac
Dreux Isaac is the president, founder, and owner of Dreux Isaac & Associates, Inc., a company started in 1989 that specializes in the areas of capital reserve planning and insurance value appraising. Dreux has over twenty-six years of experience in the construction industry as a draftsman, architect, estimator and value appraiser.

In addition to performing thousands of reserve studies and insurance appraisals, over the past twenty years Dreux has been a speaker at numerous seminars, continuing education courses, and various organization meetings involved in the resort and community association industry, as well as a guest on local TV shows in Sarasota and Ft. Myers, Florida. He has also current president of his homeowners association and past president of his previous homeowners association.

Dreux has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) and worked for firms in Louisiana and Florida before changing careers. Dreux is a Certified Construction Inspector (CCI) and a Certified Construction Consultant (CCC). Dreux is also a member of the Association of Construction Inspectors, the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the Space Coast Condominiums Association (SCCA).

Dreux is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana but moved to Orlando, Florida in 1986.


DJ Muehlstedt, Jr.
Sr. Reserve Analyst/Insurance Appraiser
Dennis James “DJ” was hired in 2005 and performs reserve studies and insurance appraisals for various office buildings, timeshares, condominiums, and homeowners associations throughout Florida, as well as Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Missouri and Maine.

Originally from Iowa, DJ received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa in 2002. He previously worked for Engineering Consulting firms in Denver, Colorado and Lakeland, Florida as a graduate engineer performing commercial and residential inspections before moving to Orlando in 2005. DJ is a member of the Association of Construction Inspectors and is a Certified Construction Inspector( CCI), a Certified Construction Consultant (CCC), and a Certified Marshall & Swift Appraiser.

DJ currently resides in Orlando with his wife Marie.


Stephen Smith
Reserve Analyst/Insurance Appraiser Trainee
Our newest staff member Stephen joined our firm in 2009 to assist in and learn the process of performing reserve studies and insurance appraisals.

Stephen’s background includes over ten years of experience as an architectural and structural designer/drafter for engineering firms in Orlando. In addition to his advanced level AutoCAD and Revit structure expertise, Stephen has also handled the responsibility as IT systems coordinator for a 16 person office as well as CAD supervisor.

Originally from Wisconsin, Stephen now resides in Winter Park with his wife and son.


Donna Isaac
Office Manager
Donna has been with Dreux Isaac & Associates, Inc. since 1995. She is responsible for the accounting operations of the office, as well as overseeing the production of our final Reserve Study and Insurance Value Appraisal reports.

Originally from Chicago Illinois, Donna moved to Florida in 1986 where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

She and Dreux have been married since 1995 and have three boys.


Nicole Mooty
Office Assistant
Nicole Mooty was hired in 2007 as an office assistant primarily to help with the conversion and implementation of a paperless-office document management system. Prior to joining Dreux Isaac & Associates, Inc., Nicole worked part-time in the offices of several major Orlando area homebuilders while attending high school.

Nicole is a graduate of Lake Howell High School and currently attends a local community college to study the field of Nursing. Nicole currently resides with her family in Casselberry.
