Dreux Isaac RS, PRA

President

Dreux Isaac is president of Dreux Isaac & Associates. With over 38 years of experience in the construction industry as an architect, reserve analyst and insurance appraiser, having performed thousands of inspections and studies. Dreux is a certified Reserve Specialist (RS) and Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA).

Born and raised in New Orleans, Dreux earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from LSU. Dreux has been a member of the American Association of Cost Engineers, the American Society of Appraisers, Association of Construction Inspectors, Jaycees International, and the Foundation for Architectural Education at LSU. Dreux has also been a speaker at seminars, continuing education classes with various organizations involved in the community association industry. Dreux is also currently president of his Homeowners Association.

DJ Muehlstedt, Jr. RS, PRA

Sr. Reserve Analyst/Insurance Appraiser

Dennis James "DJ" was hired in 2005 and performs reserve studies and insurance appraisals for various office buildings, timeshares, condominiums, homeowners associations throughout Florida, and Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Missouri, Maine, and the Bahamas.

Originally from Iowa, DJ received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa in 2002. He previously worked for Engineering Consulting firms in Denver, Colorado, and Lakeland, Florida as a graduate engineer performing commercial and residential inspections before moving to Orlando in 2005. DJ is a Certified Marshall & Swift Appraiser, Reserve Specialist (RS) and Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA).

Mike McCartney RS, PRA

Reserve Analyst/Insurance Appraiser

Mike is involved in various areas of the construction and development industry throughout his 25-year career. His work includes a broad range of experience in project management, sales, and operations on various commercial and residential developments.

In addition to his years of experience in performing field inspections and condition assessments of commercial, retail, and community properties in Florida, Mike also does construction plan review and quantity takeoffs using various software programs, including PlanSwift, Apex, and On-Screen takeoff. Mike is a certified Reserve Specialist (RS) and Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA).

If his free time, Mike volunteers for pet rescue in Broward County.

Steve Robinson

Architect/Consultant

Steven Robinson is a Florida Registered Architect and is involved with all of our turnover reports for new condominium projects throughout Florida.

As a Florida native, Steven was born and raised in the Orlando area. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and his Masters of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. With over twenty years of experience in the architectural field working in Florida and Texas, he has worked at firms involved in a variety of building uses from Healthcare, Life Sciences, Educational, Commercial, and Hospitality both domestically and internationally.

Steven is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a Leader in Energy Efficient Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Donna Isaac

Office Manager

Donna has been with Dreux Isaac & Associates since 1995. She is responsible for the accounting operations and overseeing the production of our Reserve Study, Insurance Value Appraisal, and Turnover reports.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Donna moved to Florida in 1986, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Denise Whitton

Administrative Assistant

Denise has been with Dreux Isaac & Associates, Inc. since 2010. Her responsibilities include gathering and processing information for all our reports and handling most of our proposal requests.

A native Floridian, Denise returned after attending the University of Tennessee and resides in Winter Springs with her family.

Kristen Truyol

Administrative Assistant / Data Entry

Kristen has been with Dreux Isaac & Associates since 2019. Her responsibilities include answering phones, researching proposal requests, data entry, large format plan scanning, and document scanning.

Kristen has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Temple University and extensive continuing education in full-stack web development and graphic design.

Dylan Isaac

Web Designer & Document Management

In addition to his full-time responsibilities as a UCF college student majoring in Business, Dylan also works part-time, developing and maintaining our company website and handling document management and scanning responsibilities.
